The Atwood Hotel San Diego - Seaworld/Zoo

A bit noisy hotel, yet with helpful staff and free wi-fi. The venue was in a central setting close to freeway. Mission Valley district was worth exploring.

The room was a bit small.

Great pool, parking on site.

Beds were very hard.

Reasonably priced and spotless hotel, fashionable rooms. Approximately 10 minutes' drive from airport.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

The hotel was exceptionally friendly, the room was brand-new and well furnished, had essentials for a luxurious stay. This accommodation had a central setting so close to everything.

Affordable, party property. There were a shopping centre and different shops around the hotel. Also, an open-air living-history museum was 3 km away. Everything was perfect, but we stayed for 3 nights only.

The hotel was perfectly clean and our room was pet-friendly. Pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, we greatly enjoyed them all.

I would say it's best base for staying and exploring San Diego. Location - UNBEATABLE, not far from Seaworld as well as the liquor store. Beautifully designed units and genuinely helpful staff.

Location was optimal, staff was extremely friendly, views were exceptional. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Seven Seas Cafe. Attentive service and a reasonably priced restaurant, available onsite.

The lobby was great, I really enjoyed it. Ideal, spectacular location short walk to Sea World. Generally everything was perfectly fine, yet the bathroom was wet. All staff was kind, solved my issues.

It made my trip to San Diego an excellent experience. Fantastic location, great and fabulous rooms. I really enjoyed the tasty food in the hotel. Newly renovated beds and a safe, a microwave and an iron with ironing board. Smooth check-in, late check-out. Could use their easy parking.

We liked the best possible location, and the outstanding stuff.

Quite comfortable stay, we had all essentials. Reasonably spacious room, delightfully helpful staff, friendly hotel. Exceptionally nice breakfast, excellent service. Pool was very clean and there was a good restaurant on site.

Very very good breakfast, good pool, brilliant position. The staff was LOVELY and made us feel comfortable. Service was amazing too. Greatly enjoyed San Diego, the hotel was excellent.

The bed was dirty, unfortunately.

Excellent staff, exceptionally nice location, appetising food. Nice hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. The best breakfast - cereal, eggs and bacon. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Mission Valley district. What's more, it was just off freeway, the motorway, the major attractions.

The stay was really amazing. The room was just fine, big & had a comfortable enough bed. The pool was incredible with a Jacuzzi and a hot tub🙂

I loved food and facilities, they were perfect! Restaurant staff very appreciated. Restaurant in hotel was excellent and the pool area was lovely. It was a really nice experience in an extremely comfortable property.

It deserves its 2 stars. Hotel was very clean. In fact, the free WiFi was a cherry on top.

Superb base for 6 nights. Mission Valley district was worth visiting. Air-conditioned room, heating, iPod dock and a radio were a nice surprise...

The location was a bit out of the way.

Consider staying here if you plan to visit san diego zoo. Seven seas cafe was 15 mins walk away. It was decidedly an excellent base adults.

postcards american bistro, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. the venue was just 1 mile from old town.
